Q: How does Your Style Your Story choose the brands they sell?
A: We are passionate about creating an online boutique that will not only consistently delight our customers but will simplify their daily life. Our belief is that clothing should be purchased intentionally and not just on impulse. Thinking about what we buy helps create a personal collection that can easily be matched and where new outfits can be created daily without hassle. At the core of this is the ability to invest in high quality brands that will transcend seasons and continue to be stylish as seasons come and go. We have handpicked each of the brands on our store to offer our customers a variety of collections for their time at the office right through to enjoying a stylish lunch with friends. Q: Why does Your Style Your Story only sell a limited number of products?
A: Our objective is to achieve the same personal service as an instore boutique. We realise our customers lead busy lives and sometimes simply don’t have the time to browse page after page of products. We want to make your life simpler by providing complete outfit suggestions and collection capsules so that you can locate your next amazing outfit as quickly as possible.
Q: Does Your Style Your Story stock new and emerging brands?
A: Yes! We love supporting new businesses! If you have an exciting new brand that you think our customers should hear about please get in contact at email@example.com. We will showcase a bio on you and your brand in our regular newsletters. Our customers will love to learn more about your collections.
Q: Does Your Style Your Story consider Sustainability?
A: Yes. As a company we want to ensure we have a positive impact in this world. All of our packaging and mailbags are fully recyclable. In addition we are excited to stock a Seawool Collection and Hand Knitted Clothing produced directly in the rural villages of North China. Q: If I’m not completely satisfied is it easy to return my purchase?
A: We want all of our customers to be delighted. So if for some reason you feel the need to return or cancel your purchase click here for the full details of our simple process.
Q: How long until my purchase will be delivered?
A: We know you are eager to start wearing your new clothing. With this in mind we aim to ship as soon as possible. For orders placed by 12 pm local Irish time, we ship out that same day. If based in Ireland, your package will be with you by the next working day. If outside of Ireland, you can expect delivery within 3 - 7 working days. Q: I am unsure of what size I should purchase – can you help?
A: We know that shopping online can be sometimes difficult for this reason. So for a detailed overview on the size charts of each of the brands we stock click here. We also add some notes on each of the products if we think you should size up or down rather than your normal size. Still unsure? Q: The product I wish to purchase is out of stock. What should I do?
A: Sometimes the popularity of our collections truly exceeds our expectations. However we regularly replenish our stock so if your size or product is sold out simply click on the notification option beside each product and we will contact you as soon as this product arrives back into our stock.
